Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For green coffee samples, processing may take additional time for preparation and quality inspection.

We ship orders using trusted local and international carriers, including EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other logistics partners.

Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout when available.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Vietnam Specialty Coffee is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and products.

We will review the claim and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
