Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

• The product received is incorrect.
• The product is damaged during shipping.
• The product has a verified quality issue.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@vnspecialtycoffee.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Green Coffee Samples

Sample orders and custom-prepared green coffee samples are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specifications.
